Titled <a href=\"http:\/\/www.oneandother.co.uk\/about\"><i>One &amp; Other<\/i><\/a>, it opens July 1 with 613 participants.<\/p>\n<p>The Telegraph was wrong about one thing. A fork-life truck will lift not just a &#8220;mixed bag to Britons&#8221; to temporary glory. Applications were accepted from around the world, including one from Seattle artist <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ellenziegler.com\/\">Ellen Ziegler<\/a>. After her name came up, she raised funds for her trip via <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/home.php?ref=logo#\/profile.php?id=1454347237\">Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div align=\"left\">Celebrities did not have a leg up. The computer said no to actor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.djdchronology.com\/djdmainpage.htm\">Judi Dench<\/a>, TV newscaster<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Jon_Snow\">Jon Snow<\/a> and poet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.benjaminzephaniah.com\/content\/index.php\">Benjamin Zephaniah<\/a>.<\/div>\n<p>Ziegler: <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I plan to expand my work with mirrors into a time-based interactive performance on the Fourth Plinth at 9:00 am UK time, July 24, 2009.
