The top prize is $15,000.&nbsp; Two runner-up awards for $2,500 go to <a href=\"http:\/\/eliashansen.com\/\">Elias Hansen<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barbarasternberger.com\/\">Barbara Sternberger<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Oct. 21, 6-7 p.m., there&#8217;s a reception for the three artists at SAM, followed by artists&#8217; talks, 7-8.
