Stay off the machines,    keep shoveling,  peace on earth.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"bustersimpsonshovel.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.artsjournal.com\/anotherbb\/bustersimpsonshovel.jpg\" class=\"mt-image-center\" style=\"margin: 0pt auto 20px; text-align: center; display: block;\" height=\"419\" width=\"455\" \/><\/p>\n<div>In the 1990s, Simpson began leaving shovels in homeless encampments around the country. On the blade are painted images taken from the Boy Scout manual describing how to dig a latrine.
