SAN ANTONIO -- A second sexual assault case against former Ballet San Antonio dancer Hugo Rodriguez has been dismissed due to a missing witness, according to Bexar County Criminal Court records.

The case was one of two Rodriguez faced from 2017. He was found not guilty on Nov. 2 in a March 2017 incident involving a former ballerina.

The second charge stemmed from a July 9, 2017 incident with another woman.

Rodriguez, 27, was released from jail on Nov. 16, and the second case was dismissed on Monday, according to Bexar County electronic records.
