Robin Rimbaud, known as Scanner, is stuck in Sydney and needs to get home to his mother who is dying. British Airways and HSBC insurance are not answering phones and he’s stuck with either a flight that’s too late – they are switching off life-support – or a £2,000 bill to change ticket which he can’t immediately afford.
Can any of our readers contact a BA boss to help him out? BA apparently only responds to Tweets 0900-1700 GMT Mon-Fri and it’s a Public Holiday in UK.
