Six months ago, we joined a nationwide search for a brilliant young conductor and scholar, Harry Ogg, who had mysteriously gone missing in north London. By the greatest good fortune he was found, alive and unwell.
Today, we heard from Harry, who is back at work, restored to full health. Best of all, he is conducting Hansel and Gretel next month in a concert performance with projected animations at LSO St Luke’s. He has a tremendous cast of young professionals and his own orchestra, the Sinfonia d’Amici.
Several career-makers have their eye on Harry as one of the brightest prospects on the podium. Catch him now. Tickets here.
We are so pleased, for once, to report a happy ending.

Good to hear good news. Period. No codas necessary
“alive and unwell”?
He certainly wasn’t well when they found him…
