John Brannen, who wrote ‘Somebody’ for the Eagles, was arrested in South Carolina after complaints by a nine year-old girl. He has been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of committing a lewd act on a child under 14. More here. His attorney has denied the charges.
