It sounds like one of those estate wars that get the lawyers overheated.
Kelly Peterson has filed suit in New York against the singer Hilary Kole who allegedly gave four tracks that she recorded with Oscar Peterson to an internet radio channel, which may have aired one of them. Peterson died in 2007. Kole worked with him a lot.
There is not a single track of them singing together to be found online. I guess now we know why.
