The BSO cancelled both Friday and Saturday concerts due to heavy snowstorms. We hear of further cancellations in upstate Massachusetts and Connecticut. On the whole, though, the show went on across the northeastern USA.

Things are pretty much dug out now, so I expect Maestro von Dohnányi will be well rested for Tuesday’s concert.
