Who is this woman in Britten’s life?

In this rare, rights-protected photograph by Brian Seed, Benjamin Britten and a companion are seen leading a procession from Blythburgh church following a concert he conducted in June 1964 as part of the Aldeburgh Festival. On left in second row is Countess Harewood and behind her Peter Pears. But who is the lady at Britten’s side?

    I think it’s his sister Barbara, not Beth. Beth was taller than that.
