My thoughts are that it is à hoax, it is not true. De speld is a very funny internet “paper” who makes things up. In this case they are referring to the football hooligans who can’t enter the stadium anymore due to vandalism.
This is obviously a joke. There is no Concertgebouw orchestra player named Tymen Bosman and of course Mariss Jansons would never, never do the thing the article accuses him of!
