Welcome

At the NAJP reunion in Philadelphia in May, there was consensus among the program's alumni that efforts should be made to revive NAJP is some way. Accordingly, a group of alumni and friends met twice during the reunion and in quick order drafted a mission statement and appointed a committee to set up a board for the new organization. That committee - consisting of Karen Michel, Abe Peck, Cheryl Kushner, Hollis Walker, Robert Christgau and Doug McLennan - was also asked to see what would be involved in getting clear ownership of the NAJP name, the program's website and its reports. This website is being set up to keep NAJPers up to date with the committee's progress, as well as serve as a center to facilitate voting for a new board for the new organization.
