Laura Curry is an interdisciplinary artist whose work is woven from her extensive research in dance, choreography, and architecture & urban design, and from her fascination with the human experience within the parameters of space. As an “environmental performance builder”, Laura's work focuses on the psychology and sociology of human behavior and human experience within specific, artistically shaped environments.
June 11-13, 2006 Laura will participate in A NEW LIFE through the PUSH Institute at the Walker Art Center.
Allen Johnson has worked as an inksmith, truck driver, and boiler mechanic. His solo show, Another You, was co-commissioned in 2005 by On the Boards and the Portland Institute for Contemporary Art, through the National Performance Network. Another You premiered at PICA last September, and came to the OtB studio for a sold-out run in November.
Sarah Rudinoff is a writer and performer in Seattle. Her solo show, The Last State was seen at On the Boards last season and she recently toured to PICA in Portland with her solo play Go There in September and will be taking it to the Warhol Musuem in May. Sarah can be seen singing with a rocking all female band in February and March at Theatre Off Jackson and will be in Wonderful Town at the 5th Ave. in the Spring.
