That Phoenix Frank Lloyd Wright House? Landmark Status May Not Save It
In Arizona, landmark status lasts only three years. If the developers who bought it can't sell it, says one of them, "I'll move in, invite everybody to come in and take their pictures, and I'm going to wait three years.
