The Artful Manager turns three
Hard to believe that it was three years ago today that I launched this weblog with its first missive, and its statement of purpose. I'm astonished at the wealth of new friends and colleagues I've connected with, and the spectrum of wonderful thinking and resources I've discovered along the way.
Thanks to all who make this weekly work so rewarding. Here's hoping there's much more of the same ahead.

Tho' a recent subscriber, I've benefited from each new gem I've mined from your blog. Keep up the good work as it makes my job much more rewarding.

Many congratulations Andrew Taylor! Working in the UK the Artful Manager is the only online professional publication which I totally read / scan / store for future reference. Its breadth is truly refreshing and its focus fits my picture. Many of the links stimulate exactly the kind of critical thinking needed to work towards resolving the paradoxes that are part and parcel of the cultural sector.

I, too, wanted to wish you a happy 3rd! I hope to poke on in more often than I have.
